
I am a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor based in my home town of Dublin, Ireland.
Having worked for 5 years overseas with International Clients in Denmark and in India, we returned home in 2018 where I have continued to work with clients on a 1-2-1 and group training basis.
My philosophy is one of a balanced, holistic approach to health and wellness. The benefits of this approach – namely increased fitness and energy levels, improved mental health and a more positive outlook – will benefit you to lead a longer, more active and more enjoyable life.
I have worked with clients across all ages, fitness levels and with many different goals.
My qualifications include a level 3 Diploma in Personal Training, with Circuit Training, Group Exercise Programming, Stationary Cycling, Sports Conditioning, Nutrition and Exercise Referral.
I have also completed an Active IQ Level 4 Qualification in Nutrition Coaching.
